Step 2 - Three Images

1. Own Creative Work

I did not undertake any art or design courses in the later years of high school so this is a clay pot that I modeled in year 8. This unit of work enabled me to experiment with clay and modeling techniques while also learning about the famous artwork 'The Yellow Cow' by Franz Marc and the art of re-representation.

2. Great Piece of Architecture

This is an image of the Golden Pagoda or Pha Chedi Lokajulamani (world precious sacred stupa) which is located in Vientiane, Laos. I have recently returned from a six week trip around South East Asia so wanted to include an image of one of the amazing pieces of architecture that I visited on my trip. This Pagoda is an amazing sight and combined with the beautifully constructed gardens that it emerges from and the buddhist shrines that surround it creates a strong sense of culture and worship.

3. Something beautiful

 An original image of a beautiful sunset that I took from a long boat sailing through Phi Phi island in Thailand. As you move through the crystal clear water  past the towering cliffs and white beaches the view is breathtaking.
